We will help you fully understand your learner community’s current knowledge and skill set through a brief period of discovery and cursory advisory analysis. In parallel, the Celeriti team will capture existing and proposed systems/procedures that complement or surround the learning process. Specific objectives of this assessment are to establish a baseline analysis consisting of: 

• Skills and knowledge
• Business Processes
• Technology Review

YOUR RESULTS 

Upon completion of this first phase, jointly with the client, Celeriti will:

• establish and document the learning objective
• define the learning path
• map skills and knowledge
• develop a roadmap for learning objectives
• identify the success criteria as it relates to process and systems
• identify content for various learning styles
